1) No charge shall be made where notice of cancellation is received by Professor’s Software Services before start date of the course/system access. Refund of amount will be done within in 3 Working Days.
2) 50% of the fee will be charged as cancellation charge where notice of the cancellation is received by Professor’s Software Services within 3 days after accessing our system. Refund of amount will be done within in 3 Working Days.
3) 100% fee will be charged as cancellation fee where either no notice of cancellation is received or the same is received after 3 days.
4) Trainer or service provider may decide to give a refund during this period. Professor’s Software Services may still consider the validity of refund claims up to a certain period from the date of access and may issue a refund at its absolute discretion.
