11. SAP Demo Access
- Our SAP access, training, and other subscriptions are governed by the following terms:
- Access to our SAP system is for non-production (demo, development, and integration testing) use only. Commercial activity is not allowed with our SAP remote access packages.
- You may not copy, distribute, or sell any information you receive in connection with purchasing our products and services.
- We do not issue refunds for any unused portion of SAP access packages or other subscriptions.
- SAP remote access accounts, login information, and any other materials you receive in connection with your account may not be shared among individuals. All user IDs are for single access only and cannot be transferred once they have been started.
- Any activity designed to circumvent existing security measures or engage in destructive activities that negatively impact system performance, stability, or reliability will lead to immediate account termination without refunds of the unused portion of access.
- Access to our site via location-shifting devices, VPNs, proxy servers, or similar methods is not permitted and will lead to account suspension.
- Access to certain SAP transactions, such as user maintenance, security and authorizations, ABAP Workbench, and system administration, is restricted.
- We do not provide desktop support, configuration assistance, and/or OSS note support as part of our SAP access subscriptions.
- Professor’s RSA monitors, tracks, and records all user access and usage patterns and reserves the right to revoke access privileges at any time with or without notice.
- Corporate training or consulting credits and other prepaid services or products expire one year after purchase.
- Violations of these terms and conditions can lead to immediate loss of access privileges without notice and without refunds of unused portions of access.
- Once the demos are over, users will have to use their BYOL or procure all relevant software licenses.
